Returns Policy

At Eléor, we do everything we can to deliver products in perfect condition. However, it's possible that an item isn't quite right for you. Don't worry, we're happy to help.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
• The product is unused, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
• Fragile items (such as glass, ceramics and decorations) must be returned carefully and properly packaged.

If the product is returned damaged, incomplete or visibly used, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee or refuse the return.

Fragile products

Because we sell fragile household goods, the risk of return shipping lies with the customer. We therefore recommend:
• Use the original packaging
• Add extra protective material
• The package will be shipped insured and with track & trace.

Damage incurred during return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Return costs

The customer is fully responsible for the return costs, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged by us.

Refund

Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used. Any shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

Did you receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include clear photos. We will then provide a suitable solution.
